Our Rodeo Week is off to a wild success. We had a great time in our cowboy boots and hats, watching the trick roper. We were treated to an amazing show by World Champion Trick Roper, Kevin Fitzpatrick. He showed us some pretty impressive roping skills. One of our boys even got to participate in a little trick in front of the whole group. We finished our day with some painting and play dough fun. Friday brings even more Rodeo excitement! We will enjoy some time in the Rodeo Room where the children will get to try their hands at some rope tricks of their own, sit around a campfire, climb on a real saddle, milk some cows, and participate in some stick horse races! A very special cowboy lunch will be provided but if you feel your little one won't be interested please feel free to send in a lunch. We don't want anyone to go hungry. Dress in you best western gear and saunter on down to preschool for a rootin' tooting' round up of fun!

Why Blog? Here you will find little snippets of our days together. When my children were in preschool and would come home I would always ask, "So, what did you do today?". All they ever said was, "Played." That didn't tell me much. I hope this blog will be a place to share what we have done and help you ask more directed questions of your child. You will see first hand just what we do after you kiss your little one goodbye in the morning. It will also be a great place to visit and see just how much your child has grown and learned throughout the year. Archives
