Our day was a little upside down. We began with a birthday celebration, then motor skills class, playground, a brief time in the classroom and finished with our annual Feast! The day went by so fast! Today was our last visit to the playground as it is. Over the Thanksgiving break the church is installing a new updated playground for the children. They are going to be so excited when they return from vacation. If you have a chance next week drive by and check out the transformations. In preparations for the Feast our class made fresh popped popcorn to contribute to the fun. The girls loved watching it pop. We discussed our five senses and how we use the when making popcorn. We could hear it pop, see the popcorn flowing from the machine, smell it, touch the warm popcorn and of course taste it! We also enjoyed making a sticker collage as we waited for the Feast to begin. Then we were off to the feast! These are the cutest bunch of turkeys! Thank you to everyone that was able to attend and share in our Thanksgiving Feast. Happy Thanksgiving to all my little Owls! I hope youl enjoy the time off with family and friends. Safe travels to anyone headed out of town. I am so blessed to be working with your families this year.

Why Blog? Here you will find little snippets of our days together. When my children were in preschool and would come home I would always ask, "So, what did you do today?". All they ever said was, "Played." That didn't tell me much. I hope this blog will be a place to share what we have done and help you ask more directed questions of your child. You will see first hand just what we do after you kiss your little one goodbye in the morning. It will also be a great place to visit and see just how much your child has grown and learned throughout the year. Archives
