Next week is our final week together. It is a bittersweet time for me. This class has grown so much. The children have developed sweet friendships, excelled in their fine motor development, alphabet skills, counting, and sorting. They have become independent little learners, curious about the world and how it works. They are attentive listeners and their recall skills are wonderful. I could not be more proud to have worked with this group. I will be sad to see them go but look forward to working with them further in Life Skills next year.
Next week we will usher out the year with another fun filled few days. Wednesday the children will arrive to a full campground set up in the room. There will be a tent, campfire, bbq, and fishing hole. I can't wait to see what they think!
