The girls were busy this morning enjoying the centers as they arrived. I am noticing the group as a whole beginning to take more of an interest in the block center. Today the girls had fun trying to build towers taller than themselves. We had fun climbing and pushing each other on the swings. During Chapel today we heard the story of Palm Sunday and Holy Week. Back in our room we had another visit with the worms and once we were done we took them to the Life Skills Garden to release them. We returned to our room for one last worm activity. Painting with worms (lures). The girls loved the idea of using worms as their paint brushes today. Next week we will celebrate with our Easter Party on Wednesday and school will be closed for Good Friday. Lunch will be provided on Wednesday by our party parents and we will dye eggs and have an Easter Egg Hunt. It should be a lot of fun. See you all next week!

Why Blog? Here you will find little snippets of our days together. When my children were in preschool and would come home I would always ask, "So, what did you do today?". All they ever said was, "Played." That didn't tell me much. I hope this blog will be a place to share what we have done and help you ask more directed questions of your child. You will see first hand just what we do after you kiss your little one goodbye in the morning. It will also be a great place to visit and see just how much your child has grown and learned throughout the year. Archives
