I hope you all enjoy your Spring Break! Safe travels to those leaving town. We will see you on the 22th for Bird Week.
It was another perfectly princess morning. The girls looked lovely in their princess dresses. Everyone enjoyed the centers, princess books, hair salon, and some princess art work. Outside the girls were able to navigate the climbing structures much better today. Several also enjoyed more antics on the slides, choosing to slide upside down, on their backs, head first. Our painted castles from Wednesday were dry so we took this opportunity to work with glue bottles independently. We discussed the importance of using just a little dot of glue. We needed to resist the temptation to squeeze large glue puddles on our paper and really work on controlling the pressure we applied so just a small drop would come out. The blinged out castles are beautiful. We were able to continue with the glue bottle as we designed our own princess shoe. Ms. Heidi's Class knew that we were enjoying all things princess this week so they shared some pink, sparkly, bubble gum flavored play dough with us. The girls LOVED it! It's hard to believe we only have 10 weeks of school left! This year is flying by. It is exciting to see how much the girls have grown. I love watching their little personalities shine and their friendships form. We have come a long way since September.

Why Blog? Here you will find little snippets of our days together. When my children were in preschool and would come home I would always ask, "So, what did you do today?". All they ever said was, "Played." That didn't tell me much. I hope this blog will be a place to share what we have done and help you ask more directed questions of your child. You will see first hand just what we do after you kiss your little one goodbye in the morning. It will also be a great place to visit and see just how much your child has grown and learned throughout the year. Archives
